Job summary

MedGrocer in Manila is seeking a Medical Case Manager to oversee corporate wellness and safety programs for office-based professionals.

You will provide expert medical oversight, manage complex health cases, and collaborate with HR to promote chronic disease management and overall workplace well-being. The role requires a PRC-licensed physician and a proactive, communicative approach to employee health, with emphasis on DOLE compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PRC license as a physician.
• Experience in corporate health, occupational or internal medicine preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations and health education.
• Open to fresh board passers and experienced physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical consultation and case management for employees, focusing on chronic diseases and wellness.
• Develop and lead evidence-based corporate wellness programs and health education initiatives.
• Serve as the primary medical authority for complex health escalations and patient safety.
• Collaborate with HR to analyze health data and advise on workforce health trends and productivity.
• Ensure wellness programs comply with DOLE regulations.
