Job summary

MedGrocer in the Philippines seeks a Medical Case Manager to oversee corporate wellness and safety programs for office-based professionals. You will provide expert medical oversight, manage complex health cases, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

The role leads evidence-based wellness initiatives, collaborates with HR to analyze health data, and ensures compliance with DOLE regulations. PRC-licensed physicians, including fresh board passers, are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered physician with an active PRC license.
• Experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patient consultation and health education.
• Open to fresh board passers and experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical consultation and case management for employees, focusing on chronic diseases and long-term wellness.
• Develop and lead evidence-based corporate wellness programs and health education initiatives.
• Serve as the primary medical authority for complex health escalations to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with HR to analyze employee health data and identify chronic disease trends for productivity improvements.
• Ensure wellness programs comply with DOLE regulations.
