Qualifications

• Bar admission in the Philippines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and corporate documents.
• Prepare opinions and memoranda; assist in structuring transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Support due diligence, participate in client meetings, coordinate with regulators.
• Prepare transaction-related documentation and corporate housekeeping.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development.
