Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing laws and regulations, preparing pleadings and other court submissions, and supporting senior lawyers in hearings, negotiations, and client meetings.

The role also involves advising clients on compliance issues, helping structure transactions, and contributing to the development of practical, business-oriented legal solutions. The Associate Lawyer is expected to collaborate with different practice groups, maintain organized case files, and manage timelines and deliverables.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati.
