Metrobank is seeking a Sales Associate for the North Metro Manila Team to support sales activities, coordinate with Relationship Managers, and prepare materials for corporate client engagements. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, can multitask with strong organizational and analytical skills, and is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepares sales reports used to monitor activities of team members.
• Guides corporate clients through documentary requirements and enrollment processes.
• Provides first-level product/service support to corporate clients and trains users as needed.

SALES ASSOCIATE, NORTH METRO MANILA TEAM

Responsibilities:

• Creates, updates, and warehouses sales and marketing materials for specific sectors, industries, customer groups, or specific initiatives of the sales team
• Manages and monitors documentary requirements of sales deals of the sales officers
• Assists the sales teams and members manage respective sales pipelines, and monitors movement of the deals through the sales stages.
• Handles hand off and implementation related documents to the implementation team, and monitors its progress
• Coordinates with the implementation team on the implementation of the sales deals, and reports to the sales team progress.
• Prepare sales reports used to monitor sales activities of its members
• Guides corporate clients through the accomplishment of documentary requirements and the enrollment process.
• Provides corporate clients first-level support for products and service queries
• Conducts hands-on training for corporate clients' assigned users as needed
• Coordinates resolution of problems and issues relating to corporate cash management and trade with concerned units.
• Participates in special events (marketing blitz, road shows) and use these as a means of touching base with prospective corporate clients.
• Coordinates with front-line units (Relationship Managers, Account Officers) to arrange sales presentations for pre-selected corporate client prospects

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or accounting field. We are open to consider fresh graduates as well.
