Job summary

IDEMIA Philippines is seeking a Corporate Nurse and Admin in Manila to promote employee health, wellness, and safety while providing administrative support to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient office operations.

You will partner with HR to implement health programs, coordinate medical examinations and vaccinations, maintain confidential records, provide first aid, and liaise with clinics and HMO partners to keep the workplace safe and productive.

Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Fresh graduates with corporate nursing or healthcare administration experience encouraged to apply.
• Experience with workplace health programs, HMO coordination, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to develop and implement employee health, wellness, and occupational safety programs.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations, pre-employment medical examinations, vaccination programs, and other health initiatives.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Provide first aid, basic medical assistance, and health counseling to employees.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and HMO partners for employee healthcare needs.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain health-related reports required by DOLE and other agencies.
• Support OSH standards compliance and company health policies.
• Assist in organizing health awareness campaigns and wellness activities.
