Maxicare Health Care in Pasig is seeking a Corporate Nurse to support employee wellness and provide frontline medical care. You will conduct initial health assessments, assist physicians during exams, and maintain comprehensive health records.

The role requires a Nursing degree with a valid license and strong patient service skills. The position involves handling first aid, medication dispensing, and health reporting, with opportunities to coordinate PhilHealth claims and annual check-ups.

Qualifications

BS Nursing graduate with valid license.
Familiar with clinic operations and health systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
IV insertion and phlebotomy training preferred.
Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

Provide immediate care: First-aid, wound dressing, basic treatments.
Conduct initial assessments (vital signs) before physician consultations.
Assist the Retainer Physician during physical exams.
Maintain accurate health records and work clearance logs.
Track clinic census and prepare regular health reports.
Monitor and manage clinic medical supplies.
Dispense over-the-counter medications.
Coordinate post-Annual Check-up results.
Guide employees on filing PhilHealth claims.
Assist with LOA requests for out-patient services.
Support employees during medical emergencies, including facility accompaniment when needed.
