Job summary
Promax International Corporation is seeking a licensed nurse to serve as the in-house health professional and HR support for our employees in the Philippines. You will provide first aid, manage the clinic, and coordinate medical examinations and wellness programs.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Nursing and PRC licensure, with experience in corporate nursing and HR functions. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed).
- OHN training is an advantage.
- Preferably with experience in company nursing and HR functions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic healthcare services to employees.
- Maintain medical records and clinic supplies.
- Coordinate medical examinations and wellness programs.
- Monitor employee health, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
