Aon plc is seeking a Corporate Governance Consultant in the Philippines to support executive compensation and governance engagements for publicly traded clients. You will analyze disclosures, benchmark compensation, and maintain governance databases, collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables.

The role emphasizes research, data integrity, and efficient use of AI and automation tools to enhance insights and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in board and management advisory, executive compensation consulting, corporate governance research, equity compensation, financial analysis, business research, capital markets, proxy advisory services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, executive compensation practices, proxy advisory guidelines, shareholder voting research, SEC filings, and proxy statement analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
• Proven experience analyzing financial, governance, and corporate disclosure data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including experience with complex formulas, data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting tools; experience with data visualization and analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners, directors, and other business leaders to support client engagements and deliver high-quality analyses and recommendations in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive demands.
• Experience working with governance, compensation, and financial research platforms such as Diligent, ISS, Glass Lewis, Capital IQ, Equilar, or similar databases is an advantage.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve research quality, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Professional certifications such as CEP (Certified Equity Professional), or progress toward governance, compensation, finance, analytics, or related credentials, are highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support a broad range of executive compensation and corporate governance projects, including equity plan analyses, share reserve modeling, and benchmarking.
• Review and analyze public company disclosures, including proxy statements and annual reports.
• Conduct research and analysis on executive compensation, governance practices, and market trends.
• Build and maintain compensation, governance, and benchmarking databases.
• Prepare, review, and validate client deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Support development and enhancement of methodologies, tools, templates, and processes.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and global partners to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve research quality and efficiency.
