Job summary

Buskowitz Group, a leader in sustainable energy solutions in the Philippines, seeks a Finance professional to deliver financial analysis, modeling, and strategic insights to support planning, investments, and growth. You will work with senior management and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.

This role also coordinates financial reporting and supports compliance, ensuring timely, reliable information for decision-making and capital allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or FP&A.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable), and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications and financial systems.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Evaluate investments and capital allocation opportunities, including M&A, capital expenditures, and financing options.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to help management assess risks, opportunities, and business scenarios.
  • Support senior leadership and board-level discussions through clear financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate financial and management reporting across Accounting, Sales, Operations, and other relevant teams.
  • Collaborate across the organization to align financial priorities with broader business objectives.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear business insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of informed decision-making by bringing a data-driven and commercially minded perspective to business discussions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance professional who will provide financial analysis, modeling, and strategic insights to support business planning, investment decisions, and overall company growth. The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations, evaluate business opportunities, and support sound capital allocation decisions.

Beyond financial analysis, this role will also coordinate financial and management reporting and support compliance initiatives, ensuring that key stakeholders have timely and reliable information for decision-making.
