Job summary

Concepcion Business Services, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance to lead monthly FS consolidation for actuals, oversee intercompany confirmations, and ensure RPT policy implementation across CIC.

You will draft quarterly/annual PSE/SEC reports, supervise audits with external auditors, and manage FS Consolidation System configuration and COA maintenance in SAP. A CPA with Big 4 experience and 3+ years in corporate finance is required.

Qualifications

• Preferably CPA with Big 4 audit background.
• At least 3 years’ experience as Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and statutory reporting.
• Knowledgeable in FS Consolidation and SAP systems.
• Experience with quarterly/annual PSE/SEC reporting.
• Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly FS consolidation for actuals and cascading requirements.
• Oversee intercompany confirmations and RPT policy implementation.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of consolidated financials.
• Ensure correct eliminations in the consolidation process.
• Coordinate FS package submission to CEO and CFO.
• Draft quarterly/annual PSE/SEC reports for filing.
• Monitor audits with external auditors to meet deadlines.
• Reconcile RPT between legal entities for BIR Form 1709.
• Assist Corporate Controller in reviewing entity reconciliations.
• Summarize observations and recommend internal controls.
• Train new hires on the Financial Consolidation System.
• Support projects related to report creation and system changes.
• Manage COA maintenance, org structure, cost centers, and GL accounts.
• Oversee user access management and subscription renewals.
