The ideal candidate has 6–7 years of audit-based experience with supervisory exposure and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• CPA with strong knowledge of PFRS.
• Around 6–7 years of experience (audit background with supervisory role is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of governance, internal controls, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the team in delivering financial reporting and consolidation work.
• Make sure finance plans are executed properly and support key decisions.
• Handle problem-solving, performance management, and team development.
• Oversee report analysis, internal coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
