Job summary

The role emphasizes pronunciation, professional communication, and overall language proficiency, with onsite reporting and collaboration with Operations to uphold high standards. Prior ESL teaching or academe exposure is valued, especially with 6 months of BPO experience.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Background in ESL teaching or English instruction is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in the academe (Senior High School, College, or University) is highly preferred.
• At least 6 months BPO experience (Required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate English fluency and Accent Neutralization training for onboarding and production employees.
• Conduct structured communication workshops aligned with company standards.
• Assess language proficiency and provide targeted coaching and development plans.
• Participate in voice assessments during recruitment.
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain high communication standards across teams.
• Support implementation of language development initiatives tied to performance goals.
