Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, webinars, campaigns, and key communication activities.
• Support project management by maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Develop content for internal communications, newsletters, announcements, presentations, articles, and digital collateral.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, invitations, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.
• Maintain communication calendars, project trackers, content libraries, and digital brand assets.
• Conduct research on industry trends, corporate communication best practices, and competitive benchmarking.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Corporate Communications and Marketing team.

Your Role

As a Corporate Communications Intern, you will support the Corporate Communications team in executing internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen the company's brand, culture, and reputation, gaining hands‑on experience across content development, corporate events, and employee engagement.

Specifically, You Will

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, webinars, campaigns, and key communication activities.


• Support project management efforts by maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.


• Develop content for internal communications, newsletters, announcements, presentations, articles, and digital collateral.


• Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, invitations, promotional materials, and post‑event performance reporting.


• Maintain communication calendars, project trackers, content libraries, and digital brand assets.


• Conduct research on industry trends, corporate communication best practices, and competitive benchmarking.


• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Corporate Communications and Marketing team as needed.

Non-negotiables

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on creative storytelling and content development.


• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace tools.


• Proactive, collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Familiarity with maintaining project trackers and content management repositories.
