Your Role

As a Marketing Content Coordinator, you will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, content, creative production, and digital campaigns. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social channels, produce creative assets, and monitor performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create and repurpose engaging content, including social posts, short-form videos, graphics, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns and marketing materials are delivered on schedule.
• Support digital campaigns across organic social, paid media, email, SMS, and other channels.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and audience trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with website and digital content updates, including WordPress or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and other partners to deliver marketing projects.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and emerging marketing tools and technologies.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related role.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement.
• Ability to review performance data and use insights to improve content.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, WordPress, EDM/email platforms, or social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
