Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Content Marketing Intern in Manila to support the Marketing team with engaging content across digital and print channels. You will gain hands-on experience in content writing, social media execution, and brand storytelling on a dayshift, onsite schedule.

You will assist with content calendars, research trends, and basic media editing while developing strong copy and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for creative copy and digital storytelling.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing by creating engaging content for digital and print channels.
• Assist in writing, editing, and drafting social media posts, blogs, websites, emails, newsletters, and marketing copy.
• Research industry trends and topics to back content development and thought leadership.
• Develop and schedule posts within content calendars for consistent publication.
• Support photo and video shoots and perform basic editing when required.
• Maintain the digital content library and marketing assets for organized storage.
• Monitor content performance metrics and help prepare analytical reports.

Your Role

As a Content Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing team in creating engaging, impactful content across digital and print channels, gaining hands-on experience in content writing, social media execution, and brand storytelling.

Specifically, You Will

• Assist in creating, drafting, and editing content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, articles, and marketing copy.


• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and relevant topics to support content development and thought leadership initiatives.


• Develop and schedule posts within content calendars to ensure consistent publication across digital channels.


• Support photo and video shoots, including performing basic editing tasks when required.


• Maintain the company's digital content library and marketing repositories for organized asset hygiene.


• Monitor content performance metrics and assist in preparing analytical reports and summaries.


• Provide general administrative support for content, marketing, and communications projects as needed.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for creative copy and digital storytelling.


• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace tools.


• Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Basic knowledge or interest in photo/video production and editing software.


• Familiarity with content scheduling tools, social media management, or digital asset organization.
