Job summary

Convergys is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Actions to oversee end-to-end processing of mandatory, optional, and voluntary corporate actions. You will monitor events, manage elections, reconcile positions, and ensure accurate entitlement processing while maintaining strong controls.

The role requires 3–5 years in corporate actions or related operations, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Excel and processing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Actions or related operations.
• Knowledge of Mandatory, Voluntary, and Mandatory with Options corporate actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of Mandatory, Mandatory with Options, and Voluntary Corporate Action events.
• Coordinate and manage voluntary corporate action elections and deadlines with clients and custodians.
• Perform daily reconciliation of positions, entitlements, and event proceeds.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate operational risks and report to management.
