Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in asset servicing, corporate actions, or related investment operations.
• Experience with investment operations platforms and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of securities products, event lifecycles, trade settlement, and risk controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• Ability to manage priorities, investigate complex issues, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for asset servicing, corporate actions, income, custody, and settlement-related processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate action events and entitlements.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement, system enhancements, automation, and regulatory change initiatives.
• Prepare management reporting and support governance and cross-training within the team.
