Job summary

YCP Group in Manila is seeking a creative Copywriter to develop compelling copy for brands across digital, social media, influencer, and integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate translates campaign strategies into clear, engaging content.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Creative, and Influencer Marketing teams, write short-form video scripts for TikTok and Reels, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English; Filipino/Taglish writing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
• Experience writing short-form video scripts is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
• Strong research and storytelling skills.
• Portfolio of relevant writing/copywriting work is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop copy for social media, digital campaigns, ads, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Write creative concepts, campaign lines, captions, scripts, headlines, and CTAs.
• Work closely with Account Management, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and other teams to develop campaign concepts.
• Adapt copy and tone based on different brands, target audiences, and platforms.
• Create scripts for TikTok, Reels, livestreams, and other short-form video content.
• Conduct research on brands, audiences, competitors, and relevant cultural/social trends.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative campaign ideas.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
