Job summary

Eleven Twenty Eight Commercial, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Inventory Specialist to maintain exact records of equipment, tools, and assets, and to safeguard warehouse resources.

You will monitor deliveries and requests, prepare regular inventory and operations reports, assist with audits, ensure compliance for vehicle and equipment documents, and coordinate with government agencies and service providers to keep licenses current.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of equipment, tools, and warehouse assets.
• Secure warehouse assets and implement measures to prevent loss or damage.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and outbound requests with proper documentation.
• Prepare and submit required inventory and operational reports on time.
• Assist in inventory audits and coordinate with Procurement on material requirements.
• Enforce proper warehouse documentation and record-keeping procedures.
• Monitor, process, and coordinate the timely renewal of registrations, permits, certificates, licenses, insurance, and other regulatory requirements for service vehicles, heavy equipment, and marine equipment.
• Maintain a monitoring system for the expiration dates of vehicle, heavy equipment, and marine equipment documents to ensure continuous compliance and prevent operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with government agencies, insurance providers, and accredited service providers regarding equipment and vehicle documentation.
• Canvass and purchase approved items within required timelines.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management.
