You will coordinate campaigns and brand visuals, contribute innovative ideas, prepare persuasive presentations, mentor teammates, and partner with leadership to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in leading a marketing design team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Your Mission

Responsible for shaping and executing visually captivating marketing materials and assets. Collaborating with various teams, the designer will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our global customer base

What will your day-to-day be like

• Coordinate visually compelling campaigns, including Key Visuals and Brand Guidelines, to effectively communicate our brand narrative.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, infusing fresh and innovative ideas into developing marketing initiatives.
• Prepare persuasive digital product pitch presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project timelines and deadlines to optimize workflow and ensure the timely delivery of creative assets.
• Foster the growth of team members by providing mentorship and guidance, and actively contributing to their professional development.
• Partner with the Management Team, Creative Manager, and other leadership figures across Shopee to align creative endeavors with broader business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute creative projects, adeptly incorporating feedback and iterating designs to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:
