Job summary

TSPI Cooperative in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking a driven Coop General Manager to lead and oversee operations of the cooperative. You will be responsible for managing staff, customers, budgets, assets, and resources to drive growth and value for stakeholders.

In this full-time role, you will work with the Board Chairman to implement policies, expand client base, and enhance marketing strategies while ensuring strong financial management and service excellence across all functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or Economics.
• At least 5 years of cooperative management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven and solution-focused.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

About the role

TSPI Cooperative. is seeking a driven and experienced Coop General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our thriving cooperative business. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cooperative, ensuring its continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Handles overall management of staff, customers, budget, asset, and other company resources to create maximum value for stakeholders.

• Directs capital planning and budgeting activities.

• Works with the Chairman of the Board in the implementation of company policies, procedures and set standards.

• Maintains existing clients and creates new business opportunities for the company.

• Proactive toward external factors that affect company operations.Improves marketing strategy to achieve 100% employee membership.

• Oversees functions namely operations, finance and accounting, marketing and product development.unities to expand the cooperative's reach and impact

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or Economics

• At least 5-years experience in cooperative management and a proven track record of successfully overseeing operations.

• Position will be based at the Corporate Head Office of TSPI located at Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City
