Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a CONTROL OFFICER to conduct evaluations of Lending Center, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with policies and safeguarding of assets.

Responsibilities include controlling asset use, reconciling loan balances between General Ledger and subsidiary ledger, checking report accuracy, approving loans within authority, and enforcing company policies within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Accounting graduate or business-related course.
• Professional experience in Banking and/or accounting functions.
• Strong writing, analytical, and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Controls or optimizes the productive and efficient use of the Bank's assets and reports any irregularities.
• Tally loan account balances in the General Ledger (FCBS) as against Subsidiary Ledger (BOS) and reconcile differences.
• Check accuracy of reports for submission to management.
• Approve loans within credit authority limit.
• Implement company policies and procedures within the assigned territory and ensure compliance.

Responsible for conducting evaluations of Lending Center to assure achievement of operational effectiveness and efficiency in compliance with standard policies and procedures that includes safeguarding of company’s assets.

Major Responsibilities:

• Controls or optimizes the productive and efficient use of the Bank's assets and reports any irregularities.
• Responsible for tallying loan account balances in the General Ledger (FCBS) as against Subsidiary Ledger (BOS) and any difference in value shall be reconciled at once.
• Responsible for checking the accuracy of reports for submission to management.
• Responsible for approving of loan within his/her credit authority limit.
• Responsible for implementing company policies and procedures within the assigned territory and sees to it that they are properly complied with.

Educational Background:

Accounting graduate and or another business-related course

Professional Experience:

- With working experience in the Banking industry and or accounting

related functions in other industry.
