Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of bid documents for bidding (Invitation to Bid, Bid Annexes, Queries, Bid Bulletins).
• Tabulate and evaluate bids (Post Bid Clarification Meetings).
• Process contract billings for timely payments through the Sapphire Billing Management System.
• Attend coordination meetings and conduct final inspections.
• Prepare contract closures and amendments; manage maintenance/repair contracts.
