Job summary

Chevron Holdings Inc. in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking a Contracts Advisor/Category Specialist (Mid-shift) to lead end‑to‑end contracting processes for strategic sourcing.

You will collaborate with business partners, legal, and SMEs to develop and execute contracting strategies, draft terms, and manage post‑award activities. The role requires strong negotiation, contracting, and analytical skills, with experience in Smart by GEP/Ariba and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in sourcing, contracting, negotiations, RFX management, and post‑award management.
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and perform analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute contracting plans with BU teams.
• Draft terms and terms exhibits for domestic and international needs.
• Lead/participate in negotiations and drive documented savings.
• Mentor junior contracting professionals on processes and templates.
• Ensure compliance and internal controls across contracts.
