Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Contracting Assoc Manager in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to lead Source-to-Contract activities in a hybrid setup. The role blends hands-on sourcing with strategic development, mentoring teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.

You will design category roadmaps, run RFx events, and champion AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency, risk management, and client value. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced degrees and/or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS) preferred.
• 5+ years combined relevant work experience in Procurement and Global Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines using market intelligence and supplier research to align with client business goals.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies and optimize client outcomes.
• Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding enterprise-approved tools into sourcing workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder outcomes.
• Develop market intelligence and thought leadership content to enable knowledge sharing, position procurement as a trusted advisor, and support external visibility with clients.
• Deliver client-facing business development support, including contract assessments, due diligence, and development of business cases and case studies.
• Mentor and coach teams, building capability in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement best practices, and expertise.
• Foster high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers, adapting to global cultures and organizational structures.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformational change in procurement delivery models, sourcing practices, and supplier ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.
