You will collaborate with business stakeholders, category managers, and contracting teams to develop strategies and drive value. You will draft and negotiate contracts, review scopes of work, manage supplier communications, and support sourcing events while mentoring junior staff and leveraging platforms such

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in sourcing, contracting, commercial negotiations, RFX management, and post-award contract management.
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and perform commercial analyses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Smart by GEP/Ariba and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting activities across the contract lifecycle.
• Develop contracting strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Draft and negotiate contracts; review scopes of work.
• Mentor junior contracting professionals and share best practices.
• Drive documented savings through effective commercial negotiations.
