Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Procurement Specialist to join our Philippines office. This hybrid role supports onboarding, contractor management, and workforce compliance while coordinating with multiple departments for staffing needs.

The successful candidate will work with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT to streamline contractor engagements and build strong relationships with internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Supply Chain, or Procurement or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in contractor management, workforce administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience onboarding, offboarding, and workforce compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end subcontractor onboarding and documentation.
• Ensure compliance checks and setup for contractors.
• Coordinate contractor offboarding and access removal.
• Maintain accurate contractor records and status with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT on engagement processes.
• Identify improvements to staffing procurement and automate processes.
