CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Procurement Specialist to join our Philippines office. This hybrid role supports onboarding, contractor management, and workforce compliance while coordinating with multiple departments for staffing needs.

The successful candidate will work with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT to streamline contractor engagements and build strong relationships with internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Supply Chain, or Procurement or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in contractor management, workforce administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience onboarding, offboarding, and workforce compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end subcontractor onboarding and documentation.
• Ensure compliance checks and setup for contractors.
• Coordinate contractor offboarding and access removal.
• Maintain accurate contractor records and status with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT on engagement processes.

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Procurement Specialist to join the team in our Philippines office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end subcontractor and contractor onboarding process.
• Ensure timely execution of onboarding requirements, including documentation, compliance checks, and setup.
• Coordinate contractor offboarding activities, ensuring system access removal and completion of all required processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contractor engagements.
• Monitor contractor compliance requirements and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Partner with business stakeholders regularly to validate contractor status, extensions, and engagement details.
• Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders regarding contractor requests and staffing procurement matters.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and subcontractor partners.
• Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and business teams to facilitate contractor engagement processes.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on contractor-related requests and workforce planning needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve staffing procurement processes.
• Support implementation and adoption of process enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain integrated and scalable contingent workforce processes.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in contractor management, workforce administration, talent acquisition operations, procurement, HR operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and workforce compliance processes.
• Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple departments and leadership levels.
