Job summary

Key duties include drafting support, negotiations, and coordination across geographies, with a focus on strong client communications and ethics compliance. Onsite/Hybrid setup available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of contract management experience.
• Experience conducting and supervising investigations.
• Experience with compliance, employment, or government investigations.
• Strong knowledge of ethics, conduct, compliance, and employee-related laws.
• Extensive employee-relations and workplace-investigation experience.
• Understanding of commercial contracting and subcontracting principles.
• Strong communication skills with client executives.
