Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in procurement or contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal or Supply Chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Filipino.
• Knowledge of contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts and agreements under the Group.
• Prepare drafted contract documents and maintain renewal schedules.
• Gather information for tender documents and conduct comparison analysis.
• Coordinate site visits for projects.
• Maintain contract compliance with company policy.
• Monitor expiration dates and renewals with Business Units.
• Source alternative suppliers and participate in site visits.
• Prepare tender documents for services.
• Coordinate with Legal Affairs for agreement drafting.
• Negotiate terms with vendor representatives/lawyers.
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare internal contract documents for approvals.
• Update contracts and services checklists.
• Prepare announcement letters (award/reject and internal).
• Review supplier performance with Business Unit.
• Track contract and bid status including cost savings.
• Assist Supply Chain in contracting practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
