Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a procurement specialist to support purchasing and supplier management in construction projects. You will process approved requests and POs, source suppliers, obtain quotations, and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely, cost-efficient procurement.

The candidate should have at least two years in purchasing, a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, strong negotiation and coordination skills, and SAP knowledge is an advantage for

Qualifications

Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
At least 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and coordination skills.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process approved purchase requests and Purchase Orders.
Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
Compare price, quality, availability, and delivery terms.
Coordinate deliveries, replacements, and supplier requirements.
Help ensure the right materials and services are available when needed. Support smooth operations through timely and cost-effective purchasing.
