Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Contract Manager to support contract management activities across projects, accounts and geographies. You will work directly with account leadership and client executives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The role requires strong investigation and compliance skills, experience in employment/workplace matters, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders on commercial contracting matters. This position is based in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant contract management experience.
• Demonstrated experience conducting and supervising investigations, especially employee relations and workplace matters.
• In-depth knowledge of local ethics, conduct and compliance risks, employee rights and related laws.
• Working knowledge of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and contract terms and conditions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage client executives at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management teams and pre-award sales activities, including deal-shaping discussions and contract-drafting support.
• Identify, elevate and help resolve commercial and contract risks with project leadership.
• Conduct and supervise compliance, employment and governmental investigations.
• Draft confidential investigation reports and advise senior leadership on related risks.
• Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders.
