Job summary

APW Tech is seeking a dedicated contracts and vendor operations support professional in the Philippines to assist with contract review, filing, and regional coordination.

You will monitor contract status, validate invoices, resolve disputed payments, and manage vendor setup and onboarding across Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR Data Entry, and regional teams.

This role supports cross-functional teams such as LTM, Accenture, ISFNET, and Protera to ensure smooth contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract review and filing for the region and country of assignment.
• Provide updates and monitor the status of each contract.
• Track and validate vendor invoices; resolve unpaid or disputed invoices.
• Vendor set-up and changes; IT vendor onboarding with cross-functional teams.
