Job summary

Outsourced in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our Legal team, responsible for managing client, vendor, and internal contracts from initiation through execution and closure.

You will generate contracts using Ironclad templates, ensure compliance with policies, support audits, and provide reporting to Legal, Finance, and Procurement. Strong communication and data-tracking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience in contract administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred.
• Experience with NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Proficiency with contract clauses and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from initiation to closure for clients, vendors, service providers, and internal agreements.
• Review NDAs and Service Provider Agreements and route for approvals.
• Coordinate signatures and file fully executed contracts.
• Tag contracts with metadata and monitor dashboards for status and performance.
• Support audit documentation and reconcile contract data with accounting.
