Job summary

D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Contract & Leasing Officer for an AU project based position in the Philippines.

Qualifications

  • / Must be a 4-year college graduate.
  • / Must have 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, leasing operations, asset management support, purchase contracts, or related functions.
  • / Experience in contract administration, leasing operations, asset management, purchase contracts or similar contract-driven environments.
  • / Able to interpret contract terms, maintain accurate records, validate data, monitor installations and invoicing outputs, and use Microsoft Office.
  • / Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, time management, accountability, reliability, customer-first mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • / Experience with contract management systems, leasing platforms, or similar business applications is advantageous.
  • / Able to handle confidential information, identify risks, follow compliance requirements, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of purchase contracts and leases, including creation, maintenance, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Accurately interpret contract terms and conditions and maintain contract and asset-related records within CAM and Fiscal systems in compliance.
  • Support administration and maintenance of leased asset portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are captured and delivered per client policies and contractual obligations.
  • Provide timely, professional responses to queries with a customer-first approach.
  • Identify risks, discrepancies, and compliance issues, escalating with management for resolutions.
  • Monitor, reconcile, and validate contract data, asset installations, and invoicing outputs for accuracy and efficiency.

Job description

Job Title:
  • Contract & Leasing Officer (AU) Project Based - 12 Months

Work Setup & Schedule:
  • Onsite for the first six months, then subject to a reduced onsite arrangement depending on performance, client confidence, ability to work independently, consistent online availability, and prompt responsiveness to online messages, requests, and queries.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of purchase contracts and leases, including creation, maintenance, amendments, renewals, and terminations.

  • Accurately interpret contract terms and conditions and maintain contract and asset-related records within CAM and Fiscal systems in accordance with compliance requirements.

  • Support the administration and maintenance of leased asset portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the contract lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and delivered in line with client policies and contractual obligations.

  • Provide timely, professional responses to queries while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.

  • Identify risks, exceptions, discrepancies, and compliance issues, escalating and working with management to implement effective resolutions.

  • Monitor, reconcile, and validate contract data, asset installations, and invoicing outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

    • Education: Must be a 4-year college graduate.

    • Years of Experience: Must have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, leasing operations, asset management support, purchase contracts, or related business support functions.

    • Industry Exposure: Must have experience in contract administration, leasing operations, asset management, purchase contracts, or a similar contract-driven environment. Experience supporting leased assets, equipment portfolios, or contract lifecycle management processes is required.

    • Technical Skills: Must be able to interpret contract terms and conditions, maintain accurate contract records, validate data, monitor installations and invoicing outputs, and effectively use Microsoft Office applications.

    • Soft Skills: Must have strong attention to detail, organization, communication, time management, accountability, reliability, customer-first mindset, ability to work independently, and prompt responsiveness through online communication channels.

    • Accounting System / Software experience or knowledge: Experience using contract management systems, leasing platforms, or similar business applications is advantageous.

    • Others: Must be able to handle confidential information, identify risks and discrepancies, follow compliance requirements, and work accurately within deadlines.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Office Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field.

    • Years of Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in contract administration, leasing support, asset management, purchase contracts, equipment leasing, or customer service operations.

    • Industry Exposure: Experience in the equipment leasing industry, Australian leasing operations, asset portfolio administration, contract documentation, compliance, customer service, or invoicing-related processes is highly preferred.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, document management tools, data reconciliation, reporting, tracker maintenance, CAM, and Fiscal systems is an advantage.

    • Soft Skills: Proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, responsive, customer-focused, and able to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Accounting System / Software experience or knowledge: CAM and Fiscal systems experience or knowledge is an advantage.

    • Others: Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks, maintain accurate trackers, and support continuous process improvement is preferred.
