D&V Philippines is seeking a Contract and Risk Assessment Officer (CARA) to review and process customer contracts and manage risk within the order fulfilment lifecycle. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

The role is hybrid with onsite work for the first six months, then flexible arrangements based on performance.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required.
• 2–3 years of contract administration, risk assessment or related experience.
• Experience in contract-driven, finance, sales support, or order fulfilment environment.
• Proficient in interpreting contracts and using MS Office.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Review contract docs to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Perform risk and credit assessments before release for production.
• Advise Sales to meet customer timeframes and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure order fulfilment.
• Monitor operational issues and resolution through review processes.
• Manage orders during suspension and review to support sales and supply chain.
• Ensure orders are monitored and responses meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Suggest process improvements to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Escalate unresolved orders to Team Leader or Manager.

Job description

The Contract and Risk Assessment Officer (CARA) is responsible for reviewing and processing customer contracts while administering the order-entry phase of the order fulfilment lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, integrity, compliance, and commercial risk management of customer transactions. The position works closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract and order enquiries, manage exceptions, and ensure orders are processed within agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Work Schedule: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday

Work Setup:

• Hybrid


• Onsite for the first six months, then subject to a reduced onsite arrangement depending on performance, client confidence, ability to work independently, consistent online availability, and prompt responsiveness to online messages, requests, and queries.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

• Review customer contract documentation to ensure risk mitigation and compliance


• Perform comprehensive Risk and Credit assessments to understand and reduce the risk before releasing for production


• Communicate well with Sales, providing them with advice to meet customer timeframes and requirements


• Partner with internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure effective order fulfilment and customer satisfaction


• Monitor and capture operational errors and issues through administration review process


• Manage orders throughout the suspension and review processes to ensure prompt resolutions which supports the needs of the sales team and the supply chain


• Ensure all orders are monitored and correspondence is responded to within agreed business SLA’s and KPI’s


• Perform process management activities and any associated administration processes in line with your role


• Provide insights and recommendations based on day-to-day activities to improve visibility to the business and improve processes


• Escalate unresolved and outstanding orders within agreed SLA to Team Leader or Manager

Who we are looking for:

• Education: Must be a 4-year college graduate.


• Years of Experience: Must have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, leasing operations, risk assessment, compliance and, or related business support function.


• Industry Exposure: Must have experience in a contract-driven, commercial, finance, sales support, order fulfilment, or customer operations environment.


• Technical Skills: Must be able to interpret contractual agreements, perform or support credit and risk assessments, process transactions across multiple systems, maintain accurate records, and use Microsoft Office applications effectively.


• Soft Skills: Must demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, accountability, responsiveness, and stakeholder management skills.


• Accounting System / Software experience or knowledge: Experience with contract management, order management, ERP, CRM, finance, or credit assessment systems is advantageous.


• Language Requirements: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.


• Others: Must be able to handle confidential information, identify risks and discrepancies, follow compliance requirements, and work accurately within deadlines.
