Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Business).
• At least 7 years of professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 3–5 years leading continuous improvement, transformation, or process initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Establish governance, project structure, and execution cadences to keep initiatives on track.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and maintain momentum throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and misalignments; facilitate resolution.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the execution of strategic improvement and transformation initiatives across the business. This role is focused on driving projects forward by establishing structure, maintaining governance, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in continuous improvement, project management, operational excellence, or transformation, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills. This position is best suited for professionals who are comfortable navigating complex environments, influencing without direct authority, and translating business priorities into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.

• Ensure clear communication and transparency regarding project status, risks, and next steps.

• Support the successful adoption and sustainability of process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability.
• At least 3-5 years of experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end improvement programs from problem identification through implementation and sustained results.
• Strong project management experience, including governance, execution planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to work effectively within matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving change, influencing stakeholders, and achieving results without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and complex business environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).
• Project Management or Change Management certification such as PMP, Prosci, or equivalent.
• Experience within Finance and Accounting operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or BPO environments.
• Exposure to finance-related processes, operational controls, governance, and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with global business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong track record of driving operational improvements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
