You will drive content demand planning, creator briefs, and a pipeline of ads-ready content, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, creator marketing, or social commerce.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable content plans and creator briefs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interpret performance data.
• Ability to optimize campaigns across organic, affiliate, and paid channels.
