Job summary

SimplyGood is an eco-friendly home care brand expanding via social media paid advertising. We seek a data-driven Content Strategist and Creator to craft viral, conversion-focused ad content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.

You will own end-to-end creative production, from scripting and shooting to editing, A/B testing, and performance analysis, collaborating with media buyers to maximize ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in paid ad content creation or digital advertising
• Direct-response ads optimized for conversions
• Storytelling and viral content creation
• Ability to self-shoot and edit high-quality videos

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid advertising content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads
• Research trends and audience behavior to refine SimplyGood's approach
• Plan and optimize ad creatives for awareness, conversion, and retargeting
• Develop an AB testing roadmap to test variations of creatives, copy and hooks
• Create scripts, shoot and edit short-form video ads for multiple platforms
• Write high-converting ad copy for headlines, captions, and landing pages
• Repurpose UGC and influencer assets into compelling ad creatives
• Collaborate with media buyers to iterate on creative strategies
• Track ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CPA) and pivot strategies
