Job summary

Zeroto1 is seeking a Content Strategist to own end-to-end content strategy, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality, ad-ready content that supports business growth. You’ll translate business goals into scalable creator and content plans, working closely with senior strategists and the director to drive performance across organic and paid channels.

Responsibilities include content demand planning, creator briefs, production management, and an incentive strategy to boost creator engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, creator marketing, influencer marketing, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or ecommerce content.
• Strong understanding of creator content, storytelling, hooks, demos, and performance-driven creative.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable content strategies, briefs, and campaign plans.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interpret content performance data and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign goals, GMV targets, budgets, and advertising needs into a scalable content strategy and production plan.
• Forecast content demand by determining creator volume across paid, affiliate, community, and sample programs.
• Build and manage a content pipeline to ensure a steady flow of ads-ready content for growth.
• Monitor content delivery across creator channels and address gaps before they impact performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with objectives, media spend, and timelines.
• Develop and optimize creator briefs communicating goals, product messaging, and content expectations.
• Define creative direction, including angles, storytelling, hooks, CTAs, and visual requirements.
• Oversee content production across programs to ensure campaigns stay on track.
• Partner with Media Buyer to develop content strategies for paid ads and scaling.
• Identify high-performing, ads-ready content and ensure a steady pipeline for testing and optimization.
• Track incentive programs and creator communications to boost participation.
• Own weekly creator newsletters and communications to drive engagement and opportunities.
• Analyze content performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular content performance reports for leadership.
