Lhoopa Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Content & Social Media Manager to own our storytelling and social engine.

You’ll decide what deserves attention and how each story should appear on the right platform. You’ll lead an always-on program, build a calendar balancing brand, education, community stories and business priorities; turn stories into platform‑native posts, carousels, short videos and briefs for designers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across social media, content, digital communications, editorial or a creative/social agency.
• Ability to write exceptionally well in English and sound natural in Filipino or Taglish.
• Strong understanding of platform nuances for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Own our organic social strategy and day-to-day channel direction.
• Build a content calendar balancing brand, education, community stories and business priorities.
• Find stories across homeowners, brokers, contractors, partners, projects and teams.
• Turn stories into platform-native ideas for posts, carousels, short-form video and community content.
• Write copy, develop concepts and create briefs for designers and creative partners.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to craft clear briefs.
• Monitor audience feedback and translate it into useful content.
• Support launches, events, employer branding, executive content and PR amplification as needed.
• Use performance data to adjust content strategy.
