Responsibilities

About the Role

ArenaPlus is looking for a Social Media Specialist / Supervisor who understands sports, internet culture, and fast-moving online conversations. This role will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media content for ArenaPlus, with a focus on sports, entertainment, community engagement, and timely trend-driven content.

We are looking young-minded, creative, organized, and highly responsible. The ideal candidate has strong social media sense, knows what people want to watch and share, and can turn sports moments into engaging content quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce sports, entertainment, campaign, and community content for ArenaPlus social media and digital channels.
• Own content execution end to end, from idea, concept, script, production, editing, approval, publishing support, and post-performance review.
• Quickly turn sports moments, live events, viral trends, memes, fan conversations, and brand opportunities into publishable content.
• Develop short-form video concepts, recurring content series, creator-style formats, campaign videos, live event content, and social-first storytelling.
• Work with social media, design, video, event, community, KOL, and brand teams to deliver content on time.
• Write scripts, content briefs, captions, shot lists, production notes, and creative directions.
• Coordinate shoots, talents, creators, athletes, ambassadors, event coverage, and post-production workflows.
• Ensure content is aligned with ArenaPlus brand direction, campaign goals, sports culture, and responsible gaming standards.
• Track content performance and use insights to improve future content quality and efficiency.
• Use AI tools or AI agents to support trend research, content ideation, scripting, production planning, editing workflow, and content repurposing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in content production, social media content, digital media, sports media, entertainment, creator content, campaign production, or related fields.
• Strong passion for sports and good understanding of sports culture, fan behavior, and sports-related online conversations.
• Proven ability to produce content quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to create fresh, non-traditional, social-first content formats.
• Must be able to manage content execution end to end.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Able to work under tight timelines and handle multiple content projects at the same time.
• Good understanding of short-form video, livestream content, creator-style content, memes, viral formats, and platform-native storytelling.
• Able to write clear content briefs, scripts, captions, and production directions.
• Basic understanding of video editing, shooting, visual storytelling, and production workflows.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, entertainment, gaming, betting, livestream, creator economy, media, or agency production is preferred.
• Experience producing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube
• Shorts, or other short-form platforms.
• Familiar with AI tools or AI agents for trend catching, research, scripting, storyboarding, editing support, workflow automation, and content repurposing.
• Has experience working with KOLs, creators, athletes, ambassadors, or production partners.
• Has a strong sense of internet culture and knows how to turn trends into brand-safe content.
• Has existing sports, creator, production, or KOL network.
• Comfortable joining shoots, live events, match days, and fast-response content production.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or hosting.
