ProPeople Recruitment Agency in the Philippines is seeking a Content Creator (Sports) to produce engaging, platform-specific content around sports, major events, fan culture, and real-time social media trends.

You will build daily sports content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels, collaborate with marketing teams, and adapt assets to different formats while staying on brand. The role emphasizes fast-paced execution and timely content for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Content Creator / Social Media Content Creator / Multimedia Creator or similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong social media content across visuals and video formats.
• Strong understanding of sports culture, fan behavior and real-time content.
• Experience creating static assets, reels, short-form videos and social posts.

Responsibilities

• Create daily sports-focused content for social media (static posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, memes, captions).
• Develop content ideas based on sporting calendars, live events, viral trends, and real-time conversations.
• Produce image- and video-based content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Support Social Media, Community, Influencer, Partnership and Marketing teams with assets.
• Create content around major sports events (football, basketball, combat sports) and local disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Create daily sports-focused content for social media, including static posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, memes, captions, and promotional materials.
• Develop and execute content ideas based on sporting calendars, live events, athlete stories, viral trends, and real-time online conversations.
• Produce image- and video-based content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
• Support Social Media, Community, Influencer, Partnership, and Marketing teams with creative assets.
• Create content around major sports events, including football, basketball, combat sports, and other locally relevant disciplines.
• React quickly to breaking sports news, match updates, major wins, player stories, and campaign changes.
• Write or support the creation of captions, hooks, and short-form copy aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Adapt creative assets to different formats, platforms, and audience segments.
• Maintain visual and communication consistency across all content.
• Participate in brainstorming and content-planning sessions.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver content within short deadlines.
• Monitor sports, social media, and internet trends to keep content timely and relevant.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Multimedia Creator, or in a similar role.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong social media content, including visual and video formats.
• Strong understanding of sports culture, fan behavior, and real-time content.
• Experience creating static assets, reels, short-form videos, promotional materials, and social media posts.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Good understanding of layout, composition, visual storytelling, editing, and pacing.
• Ability to create content with engagement and performance goals in mind.
• Strong awareness of social media formats, algorithms, and platform behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to changing priorities.Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Basic experience in photography, videography, motion graphics, or on-camera content will be a plus.
• Strong interest in sports and digital culture.
• Filipino — native or fluent.
• English — working proficiency.
