Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Content Specialist to shape the DBOR Transformation programme, refining data workflows and tooling across Content Operations. You’ll collaborate with Content Infrastructure Owners and Engineering to translate requirements and support adoption of transformational change.

You’ll lead initiatives to apply AI, automation, and product‑led approaches, documenting operating models and standards, and guiding data modelling, testing, and knowledge

Qualifications

Experience delivering business, operational, data or technology transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, business analysis and process improvement skills.
Experience documenting business processes, requirements and operating models.
Experience supporting technology implementations, platform migrations or operational change programmes.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic requirements into operational solutions with key owners.
Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Document operating models, processes and standards.
Support data modelling by documenting rules, workflows and dependencies.
Lead testing and validation to ensure business needs are met.
Share knowledge across teams on new tools and functions.
