Ageless Bar is a growing digital publication focused on beauty, wellbeing, and longevity for women 40+. We create content for YouTube and Substack and are developing a website featuring a video library, downloadable resources, landing pages, and community features.
We’re looking for an organized, resourceful coordinator to work directly with the founder and take responsibility for daily content and marketing operations.
This is a hands‑on role combining execution, coordination, and follow‑through.
What you’ll do
Content production and publishing
- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate deadlines with video editors, animators, and other contributors.
- Review scripts and video drafts for clear storytelling, pacing, visual relevance, and consistency with the brief.
- Consolidate feedback, communicate revisions, and check completed work before founder approval.
- Develop YouTube titles, thumbnail concepts, descriptions, pinned comments, and calls to action.
- Make basic video edits and create simple graphics when needed.
- Schedule and publish approved content on YouTube, Substack, and social media.
Website and landing pages
- Coordinate with the website team, track deliverables, and communicate requirements and feedback.
- Organize and maintain the video library, including categories, descriptions, thumbnails, and related resources.
- Prepare copy and assets for landing pages and update pages using the website’s content management system.
- Test links, signup forms, downloads, and the mobile experience; follow up on issues until resolved.
Email, resources, and community
- Adapt video content into Substack posts, emails, and social posts.
- Help produce and format freebies, checklists, and digital guides from approved content.
- Set up and check signup and delivery processes.
- Respond to routine comments and community questions within agreed guidelines.
- Plan simple community activities and bring audience questions and feedback to the founder.
Affiliate marketing and reporting
- Research relevant products for founder approval.
- Maintain Amazon affiliate links and manage YouTube Shopping product tagging where available.
- Include appropriate affiliate disclosures and check that links work.
- Track content performance, email signups, product clicks, and sales.
- Provide a concise weekly report with results, outstanding tasks, and recommended next steps.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience supporting a creator, digital publication, or online business.
- Strong organization, clear written English, and reliable follow-through.
- Good judgment about video storytelling and what makes content engaging.
- Basic video editing and design skills, using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
- Working knowledge of YouTube Studio, email publishing, website content management, and performance metrics.
- Ability to learn tools independently and resolve routine issues without constant direction.
- Comfort coordinating external specialists while completing your own daily tasks.
How we’ll work
The founder sets the editorial and business direction and approves key content, offers, and spending. You manage the daily workflow, keep projects moving, and flag decisions that need her attention.
Specialist website development and advanced animation will be handled by external contributors.
