Job summary

eComSuite is seeking an ambitious Marketing Lead to shape our voice, brand, and community. You will directly work with the Founder to craft customer stories, run webinars, and manage end-to-end campaigns that boost engagement and growth.

You will interview customers, create diverse content, and drive campaigns across major social platforms, newsletters, and events. This role offers hands-on ownership in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• MBA with a specialization in Marketing is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to understand their business challenges, success stories, and industry insights.
• Create compelling customer stories, case studies, blogs, newsletters, videos, and thought leadership content.
• Plan, organize, promote, and host webinars, product demos, customer spotlight sessions, and virtual events.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and other digital channels.
• Manage content and campaign calendar for product launches, feature updates, webinars, customer stories, and marketing initiatives.
• Repurpose interviews and content into reels, short videos, carousels, blogs, and social media content.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to convert insights into campaigns.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and communities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
