You will write product pages, buying guides, and Q&A optimized for Google and AI search, while managing local profiles, newsletters, social content, email campaigns, and reporting to the CEO.

This senior, hands-on role emphasizes outcomes over activity, with a remote work setup and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content, SEO, or digital marketing with measurable results.
• Near-native written English for U.S. business readers.
• Proven SEO and AI search content experience with ranked pages and solid keyword research.
• Hands-on GA4, conversion tracking, and call tracking with reporting.
• Daily use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for research and drafting.
• Portfolio showing writing, video edits, and measurable results from marketing.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365, Teams, Buffer, Canva or Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Search & Website Content: write product pages, buying guides, and plain answers to real contractor questions, optimized for Google and AI search tools.
• Local Search & Google Business Profiles: keep four branches profiles accurate and active, respond to reviews, post updates, and grow calls and directions.
• Quarterly Industry Newsletter: research, write, design, and distribute a professional publication for business owners and executives.
• Social, Video & Commercials: publish platform-specific content; edit videos; develop commercials and scripts.
• Email, Text & Paid Campaigns: clean up lists, build targeted promotions, manage Google Ads spend by orders.
• Sales Support, Tracking & Reporting: create line cards, tracking that ties marketing to orders and deliver weekly results.
