TechFactors Inc. seeks an ABM Editor to lead quality for Senior High ABM and Tertiary Business courseware, auditing content for accuracy and Philippine market suitability.

You will craft original accounting transactions and case studies, perform digital QA, and coordinate with artists and developers to ensure aligned, ready-to-publish material.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit initial draft manuscripts, verify ABM competency alignment.
• Write original accounting transaction sets, business case studies, market analysis prompts, and solution steps when required.
• Execute digital QA validation checks.
• Derive and update matching scripts for Teacher’s Manuals, slides, LMS content, and interactive media.
• Issue structured Layout Briefs to Artists and specs to Developers.
• Audit content against specifications for accuracy.
• Merge LMS HTML code, slides, PDFs, and assets into LMS staging.
• Review test logs and handover to management after QA.
• Monitor work hour allocations, track throughput, and flag risks to R&D.
• Other tasks as assigned by the R&D Manager.

Job description

The ABM Editor serves as the subject matter editor and quality lead for Senior High School (ABM Strand) and Tertiary Business courseware. The ABM Editor is responsible for auditing,

editing, and verifying courseware packages—including Textbooks, Teacher's Manuals, Presentation Slides, Business Simulations, and LMS Builds—ensuring 100% financial accuracy and realistic Philippine market application.

1. Review and edit initial draft manuscripts, and verify DepEd ABM competency alignment.

2. Write original accounting transaction sets, business case studies, market analysis prompts, and solution steps when existing content requires complete re-authoring or expansion.

3. Execute digital QA validation checks

4. Derive and update matching scripts for Teacher’s Manuals (TM) with solution keys, Presentation Slides, LMS HTML content, and Interactive Media Briefs directly from locked textbook baselines.

5. Issue structured Layout Briefs to Artists and Interactive Specifications to Developers.

6. Audit completed content against l specifications for content accuracy.

7. Merge cleaned LMS HTML code, updated slide decks, layout PDFs, and interactive assets into the LMS staging environment.

8. Review automated staging test logs and perform final quality handovers prior to Manager spot-audits.

9. Monitor personal and vertical work hour allocations (WHA), track throughput velocity, and flag operational risks to R&D Management.

10. Other tasks as may be assigned by the R&D Manager.
