The ideal candidate will have proven experience in these areas and strong skills in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and leads to define technical solutions while ensuring the integration of voice and web-based channels with back-end systems. Strong communication skills and technical leadership are critical for success in this position.
